In HubSpot, you can merge two records into one. When you merge two records, you will see the primary record but not the merged secondary record. However, we capture merges for the COMPANY, CONTACT, and DEAL tables, meaning we sync the primary and merged secondary records. See our HubSpot merges documentation for more information.

As a result, the COMPANY, CONTACT, AND DEAL tables in your destination may contain more records than you can see in HubSpot.
