Why Aren't User Roles Updating in the USER_ROLE Table?

Question

Some user roles have changed in Harvest, but the ROLE_USER table in my destination still reflects the previous roles. Why isn't Fivetran updating the user roles?

Answer

Fivetran retrieves user role data using the Harvest Roles endpoint. However, this endpoint doesn't reflect recent changes to user role assignments. As a result, we can't update user roles in your destination when they change in Harvest.
