Flywheel Digital Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Flywheel Digital to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Flywheel Digital to Fivetran, you need a Flywheel Digital account.
Setup instructions
Create API access token
Log in to your Flywheel Digital account.
On the left navigation menu. click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner.
Click on API Access Tokens.
On the new page, click on Generate new Token available in the top right.
When the new dialog page appears, enter an appropriate name and define the scope of the key — whether it should be at the global level or the regional level.
Click Save, then click on the newly generated token above, and select copy to clipboard.
Make a note of API Access Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Note: If you cannot create the access token, contact Flywheel Digital support.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the API Access Token you found.
- Enter the Flywheel Digital Instance.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Flywheel Digital data.
