Why are archived tasks missing from the destination?

Environment

Connector: ClickUp

Answer

The ClickUp API doesn't return archived tasks when we call the Task endpoint. As a result, it's not possible to sync archived tasks.

To sync these tasks, do the following:

1. Unarchive the task.
2. In Fivetran, trigger a historical re-sync of your connection. To learn more, see How to Trigger Historical Re-Syncs for Fivetran Connections.
3. Wait for the sync to complete, then re-archive the task if needed.
