What Permissions Are Required to Create Data Connector API Requests?

What permissions does the connection's authenticating user need to create Data Connector API requests?

Environment

Connector: Autodesk BIM 360 & Construction Cloud

Answer

To create Data Connector API requests, the Autodesk user who authorizes the connection must have one of the following permissions:

• Executive Overview
• Project Administrator

If the user doesn't have either permission, ask your Autodesk administrator to grant the required access.

After assigning the required permission:

1. In Fivetran, go to your Autodesk BIM 360 & Construction Cloud connection page.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click Edit connection.
4. Click Save & Test.
