Why is my data missing or delayed after configuring webhooks?

Answer

Fivetran uses Adyen webhooks for incremental syncs, but those webhooks only indicate that a new report is available. They do not send individual transaction events.

We can only sync transaction data after Adyen generates the report. As a result, transactions may appear in your destination several days after they are created. For more information, see our Ayden sync overview.
