Adyen Setup Guide Beta

Follow our setup guide to connect Adyen to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Adyen to Fivetran, you need:

An Adyen account
Automate generating reports for your company and all the merchant-level accounts you want to sync
Set the automatic report format to CSV
Configure webhook events for company-level reports
TIP: By default, Adyen does not send webhook events for company-level reports. Contact Adyen Support to enable sending webhook events for company-level reports.

Log in to your Adyen account.
In the left navigation pane, select Developers > API credentials.
On the API credentials page, click Create new credential.
Select Web service user as the credential type and add a description.
Click Create credential.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Scroll down to the Permissions section. Make sure to select the following permissions:
- Roles > Account: Management API - Accounts read and Management API - Webhooks read and write.
- Accounts: Company account and all associated merchant accounts.
Click Save changes.

On the API credentials page, click Create new credential.
Select Report service user as the credential type and add a description.
Click Create credential.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Scroll down to the Permissions section. Make sure to select the following permissions:
- Accounts: Company account and all associated merchant accounts.
Click Save changes.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter the Web service API key you found in Step 1.
Enter the Report service API key you found in Step 2.
(Optional) If you want to create a connector for your Adyen test account, set the Adyen Test Account toggle to ON.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync report data from your Adyen account.
