Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the USERS table.
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the remaining tables during every sync.

Limitations
The Freshchat API provides only the last 1 day's worth of data for the Metrics endpoint. Due to this limitation, during the initial sync, we only sync the last 1 day's worth of data for the CONVERSATION_METRICS table.
