Missing MEDIA_INSIGHTS Data
Find out why the Instagram MEDIA_INSIGHTS table may contain missing or unexpected values for certain media types.
Missing story replies data
The Meta API returns a value of 0 for the replies metric for Stories created by users in Europe or Japan. As a result, you may encounter 0 values in the story_replies column of the MEDIA_INSIGHTS table even if replies exist. For more information, see the Meta IG Media Insights documentation.
Missing views for carousel posts
The Meta API doesn't return view metrics for individual carousel children (photos or videos within a carousel). As a result, the views column in the MEDIA_INSIGHTS table may contain null or 0 values for these records.
