Upcoming schema (API v8)
Zoho CRM is moving from API v2 to Zoho's v8 API. Starting October 15th, new connections will use v8. Existing v2 connections will be migrated in January 2027, and we'll email you the exact timeline beforehand. The schema below shows what you'll get on v8, so review and update your downstream models before the switch to avoid disruptions.
Sync note
We only support custom modules that have generated_type field set to custom. For more information on this field, see Zoho documentation.
The API calls in Zoho CRM are associated with your credits. If you exhaust your credits for a particular 24-hour window, we won't be able to access your source data until you have sufficient credits. For more information on the API limits, see Zoho's documentation.
If we receive an API limit exceeded error from Zoho, we reschedule the connection's sync by 1 hour.
