Supported deployment models

Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables:
ANSWERED_SCORECARDCALLMANUAL_CALLTRANSCRIPT
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the following tables once a week:
ANSWERED_SCORECARDCALLMANUAL_CALL
We re-import the TRANSCRIPT table once a month, and all the remaining tables during every sync.

In the schema for the connections created before November 2, 2023, the ANSWERED_SCORECARD table is called the SCORECARD_ACTIVITY table.
Limitations
By default, Gong provides 3 API calls per second and a daily limit of 10,000 API calls for your API key. Exceeding the daily limit may lead to sync failures. To increase the daily limit of your API key, contact the Gong support team.
