Sync overviewlink
Fivetran uses the initial sync to extract all available records to the CONVERSATION
and related tables. In subsequent syncs, we only extract records that were updated up to seven days before the last sync.

We support soft delete mode for the following tables: CONVERSATION
, CONVERSATION_USER
, MESSAGING_SERVICE
, ROLE
, SERVICE
, and hard delete for the ROLE_PERMISSION
table. All other tables do not support any data deletes.
