Zendesk Workforce Management Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Zendesk Workforce Management to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Zendesk Workforce Management to Fivetran, you need:
a Zendesk Workforce Management account with an API token
the email ID associated with the Zendesk Workforce Management account
your Zendesk Workforce Management subdomain
You can find your subdomain in your Zendesk Workforce Management URL. For example, if your URL is
https://fivetran.zendesk.com
, then your subdomain isfivetran
.
Setup instructions
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Zendesk Workforce Management Subdomain.
- Enter the Email ID associated with the Zendesk Workforce Management account you want Fivetran to use to access your data.
- Enter your Zendesk Workforce Management API token.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Zendesk Workforce Management data.
