Venminder Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Venminder to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Venminder to Fivetran, you need a Venminder account with:

Contact the Venminder support to enable the Venminder API feature for the user account.

Log in to your Venminder account.
In the top right corner, click your avatar and select Admin Panel.
Go to the System Settings tab.
In the Manage API User section, click Add API User.
Enter the API User Name and Description.
Set the Expiration Date.
Select the Read checkbox for API Permissions.
Click Submit
Make a note of the API Key and Secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the API Key and Secret you generated.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Venminder data.
