RetailNext Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect RetailNext to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect RetailNext to Fivetran, you need a RetailNext account with Subscription Admin permissions.
Setup instructions
Find subscription
Log in to your RetailNext account.
Go to Subscription Admin and make a note of the subscription. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Find API credentials
Go to Admin Settings > System API Tokens.
Click Add to create a new token and give it a name for later access.
Make a note of the Access Key and Secret Key. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: If you don't have API settings available, you can request access through RetailNext Customer Support contact form or email address.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Subscription you found in Step 1.
Enter the Access Key and Secret Key you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your RetailNext data.
