Hilti On!Track Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Hilti On!Track to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Hilti On!Track to Fivetran, you need an active Hilti On!Track account.
Setup instructions
Find Credentials
Log in to your Hilti On!Track Tenant account.
From the top right hand corner of the page, Click on Company Settings.
Within the "Company Settings" page, click on the API Access section.
Here you can find your Client ID, Client Secret and Username.
Click on the Get Credentials button to get your Password.
Make a note of the Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: Only tenant admins have the right to access the API credentials for the specific tenant. Also, Hilti cannot access your credentials, so password resets must be done through self-service, in accordance with privacy and security policies. Be aware that when clicking the 'Get Credentials' button, a new password is generated and the old one is no longer valid, it needs to be changed in the API connector. NOTE: In case you are unable to generate the credentials, please reach out to Hilti On!Track Support.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password you found in Step 1.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Hilti On!Track data.
