Gainsight Product Experience Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Gainsight Product Experience to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Gainsight Product Experience to Fivetran, you need a Gainsight Product Experience account with API access.

NOTE : Contact Gainsight's support team for API access.

Find your region in your Gainsight Product Experience URL. For example:

Log in to your Gainsight Product Experience account.
Go to Administration > REST API.
Click New API Key.
Enter a Name and Description for the API key and assign the READ permission.
Click Generate.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Select the Region you found.
Enter the API key you generated.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Gainsight Product Experience data.
