Exact Online Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Exact Online to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Exact Online to Fivetran, you need an Exact Online account.

Find your region in your Exact Online URL and make a note of it. The following table lists the regions corresponding to Exact Online URLs:

Log in to your Exact Online account.
In the top right corner, click Partners and select Exact Online App Store.
In the top right corner, click Manage my apps.
In the PRODUCTION APPS tab, click Register a production app.
Enter a Name for your app.
In the Redirect URI field, enter https://fivetran.com/integrations/exact_online/oauth2/return.
Click Register.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret . You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
In the Region drop-down menu, select the region you found.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret of the production app you registered.
Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your Exact Online account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your Exact Online account to authorize Fivetran's access.
IMPORTANT: We recommend logging in while in Incognito mode to ensure authorization of the correct account.
Log in to your Exact Online account. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Exact Online data.
