Enter an App name.
In the API Type drop-down menu, select SP API.
In the App Type field, choose Production.

In the Restricted Data Token (RDT) section, choose No, I will not delegate access to PII to another developer's application.
In the OAuth Login URI and OAuth Redirect URI fields, enter any placeholder URL. Fivetran does not use these URLs for the connection, so you can provide any valid dummy URL.
Click Save and exit.
In the app list, click View for your app.
Make a note of the Client identifier and Client secret, and then click Done. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Amazon sets a 6-month expiration on client secrets. To avoid sync interruptions, regenerate the client secret every 6 months and update the connection to use the new secret. For more information, see our documentation.
Generate refresh token for SP-API application
In the Developer Central console, click the drop-down menu for the application you registered and select Authorize.

In the Add Authorizations section, click Authorize app for the marketplace whose data you want to sync.
Make a note of the Refresh Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Amazon displays the refresh token only once. Be sure to copy it as soon as it is generated.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
(Only for Amazon Vendor Central accounts) Set the Vendor Account toggle to ON.
(Only for Amazon Seller Central accounts) Enter the Merchant Token you found.
In the Region drop-down menu, select the region of the marketplace whose data you want to sync.
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret of the SP-API application you registered.
Enter the Refresh Token you generated for the SP-API application.
Make sure the refresh token is associated with the region you selected in the Region drop-down menu.
In the Historical Sync Time Frame drop-down menu, select the amount of historical data you want to include in your initial sync:
- Select Sync all historical data to sync the available historical data.
- Select Sync data from selected date and choose a date in the Historical Sync Start Date field to limit the historical data for tables. For more information, see our Historical sync time frame documentation.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Amazon Selling Partner data.
