Adobe Experience Platform Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Adobe Experience Platform to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Adobe Experience Platform to Fivetran, you need:
- an Adobe Experience Platform account with Admin permissions and a working host
- an Identity Management System (IMS) region
- a sandbox name
- an environment
- client ID, client secret, and organization ID
If you are unable to find the API credentials, contact the Adobe Experience Platform support team.
Setup instructions
- In the connection setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
- Select your Adobe Experience Platform IMS region.
You can find your IMS region in your Adobe Experience Platform URL. For example, if the URL is
ims-na1.adobelogin.com, then your IMS region isims-na1. - Enter your Adobe Experience Platform Environment.
You can find your environment in the API credentials section. If the API URL is https://mycompanyprod.adobe.io/data/foundation/access-control/administration/roles, then your environment is
mycompanyprod. - Select your Adobe Experience Platform Sandbox name.
- Enter the Organization ID for your Adobe Experience Platform application.
- In the Client ID field, enter your API key for your application.
- Enter the Client secret for your Adobe Experience Platform application.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Adobe Experience Platform data.
