Follow our setup guide to connect ServiceTitan to Fivetran.
Prerequisiteslink
To connect ServiceTitan to Fivetran, you need a ServiceTitan account with API access and tenant admin privileges.
Setup instructionslink
Find tenant IDlink
Log in to your ServiceTitan account.
Click Settings.
On the navigation menu, go to Integrations > API Application Access.
In the Manage API Application Access section, find your tenant ID listed next to the My Tenant ID field, and make a note of it. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Create applink
Go to the Developer Portal.
Click Login & Create Apps.
In the ServiceTitan Customers section, click Login as Integration Environment user (pre-production) or Login as Production Environment User based on your account access, and sign in using your credentials.
Go to My Apps and then click + New App.
Enter the application name, organization name, and home page URL of your organization and add the tenant ID.
In the API Scopes section, select the required API scopes.
Click Create App.
Make a note of the app key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Generate client ID and client secretlink
On the navigation menu of your ServiceTitan homepage, go to Integrations > API Application Access.
Click Connect New App and select the app created in Step 2.
Click Allow access.
In Application Details, click Generate next to the Client Secret field.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration link
In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Select the ServiceTitan environment. Options are:
- Production
- Integration
Enter the Tenant ID you found in Step 1.
Enter the App key you created in Step 2.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret you generated in Step 3.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your ServiceTitan data.
