Why are the date time fields different between Salesforce and my destination?

Cause

Salesforce date times are always stored as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When they are displayed in your Salesforce client application, these values are localized to your timezone. The Salesforce API uses the UTC and that is why the records in your destination are in UTC.
