October 2025
We have added a new column, customer_is_guest, to the ORDERS_HISTORY table. Be sure to re-sync the ORDERS_HISTORY table to backfill the data for the new column.
September 2025
We now sync all additional fields for the onlineFlag field in the PRODUCTS table. You can now see the site-specific columns for the online status of products, such as online_flag_default@Site1 and online_flag_default@Site2.
Be sure to re-sync the PRODUCTS table to backfill the data for these new columns.

We have discontinued the ADDRESS table and will no longer sync it. Use the CUSTOMER_ADDRESS table.

We have added a new table, CUSTOMER_ADDRESS, to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud connector. This table now contains all customer addresses, and it can be joined to the CUSTOMER table using the customerNo column.

We have removed the PRODUCT_VARIANT table because the Products API response does not include product variant data.
We added a new column, primary_address_id, to the CUSTOMER table to store each customer’s primary address ID. You can use this column to join the CUSTOMER and ADDRESS tables to retrieve a customer’s primary address details.
February 2025
We have updated the connector's sync strategy. We now perform a daily backfill for the PRODUCT endpoint to capture the previous day's data. As a result, you may notice a temporary increase in your Monthly Active Rows (MAR) usage at the beginning of each month, reflecting the final day’s data from the previous month.
We have added a new column, cancel_code to the ORDERS_HISTORY table. To backfill the data for this column, you can perform a re-sync for the ORDERS_HISTORY table or contact our support team to re-sync the table for you.
October 2024
We now use a combination of the numeric IDs and the fivetran_ prefix as the primary key for the ORDER_SHIPMENT records if their shipmentNo value is null. For example, fivetran_1.
If you fix these orders in your Salesforce Commerce Cloud account, Fivetran automatically updates the correct shipmentNo values in the destination.

We have changed the primary key in the ORDER_SHIPMENT_ADDRESS table. The new primary key is a combination of the order_id and shipment_id columns. Previously, the shipment_id column was the primary key for this table.

Priority-first syncs fetch your most recent data first so that it's quickly ready for you to use. Salesforce Commerce Cloud's priority-first syncs fetch the most recent 15 days' worth of data from the supported tables. We are gradually rolling out this change to all existing connections. You can now configure your Salesforce Commerce Cloud connector using the Fivetran REST API. This feature is available only for Free, Standard, Enterprise, and Business Critical accounts.

The Salesforce Commerce Cloud connector now supports table blocking for all Salesforce Commerce Cloud tables. You can now choose which tables to sync and which to block from syncing to your destination. On your Connector Details page, go to the Schema tab and select or deselect the tables. If you want to sync a child table, you must include the parent table in the sync.
