Can I add more than one filter while including or excluding records from my custom report?

Resolution

While creating or editing a custom report, you can only include one value in the Filter type, Filter field name, and Filter value fields. See How Can I Filter the Records Included in My Custom Report? to learn more. As a result, it's not possible to add multiple filters to the same custom report.
