Ceridian Dayforce Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Ceridian Dayforce to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Ceridian Dayforce to Fivetran, you need a Ceridian Dayforce account with API access.
NOTE: If you don't have API access, contact Ceridian Dayforce's support team.
Setup instructions
Find credentials
- Log in to your Ceridian Dayforce account.
- Make a note of your client namespace and client host (e.g.,
test123.dayforcehcm.com
). You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Username and Password of the Ceridian Dayforce user account that you want Fivetran to use to access your data.
- Enter your Client Namespace and Client Host you found in Step 1.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Ceridian Dayforce data.
