April 2025
We have added a new field, Historical sync time frame, to the connector setup form. This allows you to select how many months' worth of historical data you want to sync. For an existing connector, you can edit the connection details and set the time frame value. For more information, see our Historical sync time frame documentation. We apply the historical sync limit to all tables. This feature has been rolled out to all connections.

Now, we use false as the initial value for the _fivetran_deleted column. Previously, we used null as the initial value. We are gradually rolling out this improvement to all our existing connectors.

We now sync the reference links from the reference fields. A reference field stores a reference to a field on another table. We store the reference field link and value in the reference_field_name_link and reference_field_name_value columns of your tables.

We now create empty tables in the destination even if the source tables are empty (contain only Null values).

You can now configure your ServiceNow connector using the Fivetran REST API. This feature is in BETA and is available only for Standard and Enterprise accounts.

You must now enter your username and password in your Fivetran setup form, rather than entering your credentials on your ServiceNow home page.

We have removed the suffix _HISTORY from all table names.
The ServiceNow connector can now sync tables which do not have sys_updated_on or sys_created_on columns.
