Error: You Have Reached the Maximum Daily Rate Limit for This API

Issue

My syncs fail with the following error:

You have reached the maximum daily rate limit for this API. Refer to the response header for details on when you can make another request.

Environment

Connector: Zoom

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

• Upgrade your Zoom account to a higher pricing plan that has a higher API rate limit per day.
• Increase your connector's sync frequency to 12 or 24 hours.

Cause

Zoom's API rate limits are applied based on your account plan. If the number of API requests exceeds your Zoom account's rate limit, our connector fails to sync your data from all the endpoints.
