Issue

The connector fails. The following error appears:

Failed to connect to API. Skipping call for endpoint https://<subdomain>.com/wp-json/wc/v3/data/continents for action type: SKIP

Environment

Connector: WooCommerce

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. See our IP Addresses documentation and note the applicable IP addresses for your provider, region, and location.
2. In WooCommerce, safelist the applicable IP addresses. See WooCommerce's Whitelisting IPs documentation for more information.

Cause

This issue occurs when WooCommerce's firewall blocks our API calls.
