TikTok Organic Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect TikTok Organic to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect TikTok Organic to Fivetran, you need the following:

A TikTok developer account
An app registered in the developer account with the scopes necessary to sync your data
The following credentials of the registered app:
- App ID
- Secret
- Authorization URL
To avoid HTTP 401 unauthorized errors, we recommend assigning the TikTok Accounts scopes to the app.
You must use https://fivetran.com/integrations/tiktok_organic/oauth2/return as the Redirect URL for your app.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Select your TikTok Organic API environment.
- If your TikTok account is a live account, select Production.
- If your TikTok account is a test account, select Sandbox.
Enter the following credentials of the app registered in your TikTok developer account:
- App ID
- Secret
- Authorization URL
Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your TikTok account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your TikTok account to authorize Fivetran's access.
We recommend logging in while in Incognito mode to ensure authorization of the correct account.
Log in to your TikTok account. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your TikTok Organic data.
