We store order dates in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC). To ensure your order dates match in Shopify and in your destination, do one of the following:

• Change your Shopify store's time zone to UTC by following the steps in Shopify's change your store time zone documentation.
• Convert your destination's time zone to match your Shopify store's time zone using the applicable function, which may vary based on your destination. For example, to convert the time zone in a Snowflake destination, use the CONVERT_TIMEZONE function.
