Sentry Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Sentry to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Sentry to Fivetran, you need a Sentry account.
Setup instructions
Find organization ID
- Log in to your Sentry account.
- Go to Settings > ORGANIZATION > General Settings.
- Make a note of the Organization ID. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
IMPORTANT: You can only use one Organization ID per connector. If you want to sync data from another Organization, we recommend you to configure an additional connector.
Find project ID
- Go to Settings > ORGANIZATION > Projects.
- Click each project whose data you want to sync and make a note of their Project ID. You will need it to configure Fivetran
Find auth token
- Go to Settings > DEVELOPER SETTINGS > Auth Tokens.
- Click Create New Token.
- Click Create Auth Token.
- Make a note of the Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
- Enter the Organization ID you found.
- Enter the Project IDs you found as comma-separated values.
- Enter the Auth token you found.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Sentry data.
