Playvox Workforce Management Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Playvox Workforce Management to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Playvox Workforce Management to Fivetran, you need an active Playvox Workforce Management account.

Find region URL

Find your region URL in Agyle Time URL and make a note of it. It depends on the region where your account is hosted. For example:

For the US region, the region URL is api-us.cloud.agyletime.io.
For the EU region, the region URL is api-eu.cloud.agyletime.io.
For the AU region, the region URL is api-au.cloud.agyletime.io.

Note: Your region URL may contain different domain extensions, for example, api-us.cloud.agyletime.net. If you cannot find your region URL, contact Playvox Workforce Management support.

Find tenant URL

Log in to your Playvox Workforce Management account.
Find your tenant URL in your Playvox Workforce Management URL and make a note of it. For example, if your URL is https://fivetran.playvox.com/, then your tenant URL is fivetran.cloud.agyletime.io.

Find client credentials

In the top right corner of the page, click the Settings icon.
On the navigation menu, select Integrations > oAuth Tokens.
Click Add New.
In the pop-up window, enter an Identifier (name) for the client.
In the Token expiry duration field, enter the maximum duration you want your token to remain active.
Make a note of Identifier and Secret. You will need them to configure the Fivetran.
Click Save.

Finish Fivetran configuration

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Region URL you found.
Enter the Tenant URL you found.
Enter the Client identifier and Client secret that you found.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Playvox Workforce Management data.
