How can I reduce sync time and API consumption for my Pardot connector?

The email endpoint has the most significant impact on the API and sync time.

To help identify tables with a higher API consumption rate based on your data, monitor the dashboard sync logs while the sync runs. You can then exclude tables as required.

You can also exclude unwanted tables before the sync begins to reduce the API quota consumed from the start of the sync.

API rate limit configuration

While configuring your connector in Fivetran, you can restrict the connector to a specified number of daily API calls.

In the connector setup form's Daily API Call Limit, enter the maximum number of API calls.
