OneTrust Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect OneTrust to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect OneTrust to Fivetran, you need:
an OneTrust account.
a client ID and client secret. For more information, see the OneTrust documentation.
your OneTrust subdomain. You can find the subdomain in your OneTrust URL. For example, if your OneTrust URL is
https://fivetran.onetrust.com/s/profile/data, your subdomain isfivetran.onetrust.com.If you are unable to create your credentials, contact the OneTrust Support team.
Setup instructions
In the connection setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter your OneTrust Subdomain.
Enter your OneTrust Client ID and Client secret.
Select your API integration type: Universal Consent & Preference Management or Cookie Consent.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your OneTrust account.
