Nice Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect NICE to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect NICE to Fivetran, you need:
- An active NICE account with an access key ID and access key secret
- A backend application registered in NICE with a client ID and client secret
NOTE: Contact the Nice Support for the client and access credentials.
Setup instructions
Find base URL
Find your base URL in your NICE URL. For example, if your NICE URL is https://cxone.niceincontact.com, then your base URL is cxone.niceincontact.com.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Base URL you found
- Enter the Client ID and Client secret of the backend application registered in your NICE account.
- Enter the Accesskey ID and Access key secret of your NICE account.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your NICE data.
