Mode Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Mode to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Mode to Fivetran, you need a Mode account with admin permissions and API access.

Log in to your Mode account.
Click your avatar in the top left corner of the screen and then select Workspace settings.
The Details page displays your workspace name.
Make a note of the workspace name. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Click your avatar in the top left corner of the screen and then select My Account settings.
In the left navigation pane, click API Tokens.
Enter a New token name for your access token and click Create token.
Make a note of the Token and Password. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Workspace name you found in Step 1.
Enter the Token and Secret you created in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Mode data.
