Medallia Agile Research Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Medallia Agile Research to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Medallia Agile Research to Fivetran, you need a Medallia Agile Research account with API access.

Contact Medallia's support team for your Medallia Agile Research account's region and make a note of it. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Log in to your Medallia Agile Research account.
Go to Account > Users.
Add a new user with the API user role.
Assign the rights and permissions you want for the API key.
Log back in to Medallia Agile Research with the new user account.
Go to Account > API > Keys and create the API key.
Make a note of the X-Master-Key and X-Key. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

If you need assistance with creating the API keys, contact Medallia's support team.

In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
In the Region drop-down menu, select the region you found.
Enter the Master key and Key you created.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Medallia Agile Research data.
