Error: Unable To Connect to API. HTTP 403 Forbidden

Issue

While setting up and testing a connector, the following error appears:

Unable to connect to API. HTTP 403 Forbidden.

Environment

Connector: Jira

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. See our IP Addresses documentation and note the applicable IP addresses for your provider, region, and location.
2. In Jira, create or edit an allowlist and add the applicable IP addresses. See Jira's Specify IP addresses for product access documentation for more information.

Cause

This issue may occur if you haven't safelisted all applicable Fivetran IP addresses for your provider, region, and location in Jira.
