e-conomic Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect e-conomic to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect e-conomic to Fivetran, you need AppSecretToken and AgreementGrantToken in your e-conomic account.
Setup instructions
Create AppSecretToken
- Log in to your e-conomic account.
- Go to the APP tab.
- Click Create a new app.
- Enter Short name.
- In the Required roles section, select the Superuser checkbox.
- (Optional) In the Required Modules section, select the preferred option.
NOTE: You can select this option only if you want to publish your application.
- Click Create new app.
- Make a note of the AppSecretToken. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
- Click Continue to Tokens. You will be redirected to the next page.
- On the next page, make a note of the InstallationURL.
- Click Save and close.
Find AgreementGrantToken
On a new browser tab, open the InstallationURL you found in Step 1.
In the Integration page, click Add app.
Make a note of the AgreementGrantToken. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: Make sure you are logged in to your account with an end-user agreement containing accounting data when generating the token. If you're generating it for a sandbox accounting agreement, log out of your developer account first.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter the AppSecretToken you created in Step 1.
Enter the AgreementGrantToken you created in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your e-conomic data.
