Dialpad Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Dialpad to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Dialpad to Fivetran, you need a Dialpad account with API access.
Setup instructions
Find Environment
Your Environment is the type of account you use. For example:
- If your account is a test account, then your environment will be
Sandbox
- If your account is a live account, then your environment will be
Production
.
Register an application
Log in to your Dialpad account.
To get API credentials, you must first register an OAuth application with Dialpad. To register your application, submit this form.
You will be asked to provide information. Fill the following information in the respective fields and for the remaining fields, fill as per your choice.
Developer Name = Fivetran, Developer Email =
developers@fivetran.com
, Scopes = Select all the available options, Redirect URI =https://fivetran.com/integrations/dialpad/oauth2/return
After registering, you will be provided with a Client ID and Client Secret.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret. You'll need them to configure Fivetran.

Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Select the Environement from the dropdown options you found in Step 1.
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret that you got in Step 2.
Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your Dialpad account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your Dialpad account to authorize Fivetran's access.
Log in to your Dialpad account. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Dialpad data.
