Culture Amp Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Culture Amp to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Culture Amp to Fivetran, you need a Culture Amp account with Administrator permissions.
Setup instructions
Find base URL and target entity ID
Log in to your Culture Amp account.
Find your base URL in your dashboard's URL, and select your target entity ID accordingly.

Create API credentials
- Click Settings.
- On the navigation menu, select API.
- Click Create API credentials.
- Enter a Credential name and enable your required scopes in the Set credentials scope section.
- Click Generate API credential.
- Make a note of the client ID and client secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Select the Base URL and Target entity ID you found in Step 1.
- Enter the Client ID and Client secret you created in Step 2.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Culture Amp data.
