CircleCI Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect CircleCI to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect CircleCI to Fivetran, you need a GitHub or BitBucket account.
Setup instructions
Create personal access token
Log in to your CircleCI account using your GitHub or BitBucket account.
On your CircleCI dashboard, click on the Profile Icon at the bottom right of your page to navigate to your User Settings.
On the left-hand navigation pane, click Personal API Tokens.
Click Create New Token.
Enter the Token Name and click Add API Token.
Make a note of the token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Personal API token you created in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your CircleCI data.
