Brivo Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Brivo to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Brivo to Fivetran, you need a Brivo Access account and a Brivo developer account.
NOTE: A subscription plan with a minimum of 1,000,000 API calls per month is required. We recommend using minimum a Tier 2 subscription, which supports up to 1,000,000 API calls per month.
Setup instructions
Create API client
- Log in to Brivo Access account.
- Navigate to Configuration >> Integrations.
- Click Generate Api Token.
- Fill in the Application Name, Application Description, Application Type and Redirect URI.
- In the Redirect URI field, enter
https://fivetran.com/integrations/brivo/oauth2/return
. - Once created, clicking the Application Details icon will display the client ID and client secret.
- Make a note of the client ID and client secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Create API key
- Log in to Brivo Developer account.
- Click on Get API keys.
- Fill in the Brivo Application Registration form.
- Then click on REGISTER APPLICATION.
- After successfully registering a new application, API key is displayed on the dashboard.
- Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: If you face any difficulties in creating an application, contact Brivo Support Team.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Brivo account Username and Password.
- Enter the Client ID and Client Secret you registered.
- Enter the API key you created.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Brivo data.
