Awin Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Awin to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Awin to Fivetran, you need an Awin account with API access.

NOTE: By default, accounts with the Awin Accelerate and Awin Advanced plans have API access. Accounts with the Awin Access plan have API access if the account is listed in more than one Awin program.

Setup instructions

Find API token

1. Log in to your Awin account.
2. In the top-right corner, click your profile name, then select API Credentials.
3. In the Password field, enter your login password.
4. Click Show my API token.
5. Make a note of the API token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. In the region drop-down menu, select your region.
3. Enter the API token you found in Step 1.
4. (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
5. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Awin data.
