Unable to Select Fields from the Schema Tab
Issue
It's not possible to select some fields from the Schema tab because they are grayed out or don't appear in the list.
Environment
Connector: Salesforce
Resolution
This issue occurs if you haven't provided us appropriate access to the fields you want to sync. To resolve this issue, do the following:
- Log in to Salesforce. You must have administrative privileges to set permissions.
- Provide the connecting user, and therefore Fivetran, access to the affected fields. See Salesforce's field permissions documentation for more information.
- In Fivetran, go to the Schema tab on your connector details page and click the Reload schema button.
- Check the fields you want to include in your sync.
