I want to sync one or more of the following Salesforce Unified objects:

• UnifiedActvtyInsightKeyword
• UnifiedEmail
• UnifiedEmailParticipant
• UnifiedMeeting
• UnifiedMeetingParticipant
• UnifiedTask
• UnifiedTaskParticipant
• UnifiedVideoCall
• UnifiedVideoCallParticipant
• UnifiedVoiceCall
• UnifiedVoiceCallParticipant

Can I sync these objects using Fivetran?

Answer

No, it's not possible to sync Salesforce Unified objects using Fivetran. Unified objects are available only for reporting purposes in Salesforce and aren't accessible using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) or the Salesforce API. As a result, we can't obtain or sync Unified object data. Salesforce documents this limitation in each of the resources shared above.
