Freshsales Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Freshsales to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Freshsales to Fivetran, you need:
- A Freshsales account with API access
- A pricing plan that allows a minimum of 20000 API calls per day
NOTE: Contact FreshSales support team for API key and domain.
Setup instructions
Find product
Find the Freshsales product you are using in your Freshsales account URL and make a note of it.
- If your URL is
https://xxx.freshworks.com
, then your product is Freshsales Suite. - If your URL is
https://xxx.freshsales.io
, then your product is Freshsales Classic.
Find domain
Find your CRM domain name in your Freshsales URL and make a note of it. You will need it to configure Fivetran. For example, if your account URL is https://widgetz.freshsales.io/api/leads
, then your domain is widgetz
.
Find API key
Log in to your Freshsales account.
In your Freshsales dashboard, click your profile picture and select Settings.
Click API SETTINGS.
Select the reCAPTCHA checkbox to complete the API authentication.
Make a note of Your API Key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
Enter the Product you found.
Enter the Domain you found.
Enter the API Key you found.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Freshsales data.
