DSV Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect DSV to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect DSV to Fivetran, you need a DSV Developer account.

Log in to your DSV Developer Portal.
On the top right, click Profile.
Go to the Subscriptions section.
In the Subscription details subsection, find your username and password. Make a note of the credentials. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
TIP: If you are using the test environment, make a note of your developer portal username. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Make a note of the Secondary key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
TIP: If you are using the test environment, make a note of the Primary key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
In the Service authentication field, enter the base64 encoded version of the username:password string that you found in Step 1.
Enter the Subscription key you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your DSV data.
