Calabrio Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Calabrio to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Calabrio to Fivetran, you need a Calabrio account with System Admin permissions.
Setup instructions
Configure token permissions
Log in to your Calabrio account as a System Administrator.
Go to WFM > Permissions > User settings > Personal access tokens.
In the Roles list, select the role for which you want to enable permissions.
Go to the Functions tab.
Go to Open Calabrio WFM > API access.
Enable the following permissions:
- Read forecast
 - Read organization
 - Read request
 - Read schedule
 - Write forecast
 - Write organization
 - Write request
 - Write schedule
 
Go to Open Calabrio WFM > Web.
Enable the Personal access tokens permission.
Create personal access token
- In your Calabrio account, go to User settings > Personal access tokens.
 - Enter the Name of application.
 - Click Generate token.
 - Click the access token and make a note of the access token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
 
Find domain name
- Find the domain name in your Calabrio URL. For example, if the URL is 
https://mtusce.teleopticloud.com/api/docs/index.html, then your domain name ismtuce.teleopticloud.com. - Make a note of the domain name. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
 
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connection setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
 - Enter the Access token you created in Step 2.
 - Enter the Domain name you found in Step 3.
 (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Calabrio data.
