How can I re-sync my Apple App Store connection with an admin API key?

Answer

To trigger a historical re-sync of your Apple App Store connection with an API key with admin permissions:

1. Log in to your Fivetran dashboard.
2. Select Connectors in the top left corner of the page.
3. Select your Apple App Store connection to open the Connection details page.
4. Go to the Setup tab.
5. Click Resync all historical data to start the re-sync.

Once you trigger the re-sync, Fivetran analyzes your ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT reports for each app. If the report requests were created later or equal to 31 days ago, Fivetran deletes the reports and creates a new one for each of your apps. If not 31 days old or older, Fivetran uses the existing ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT for the historical re-sync. After 2 days, we upload the historical data, and contiune syncing analytics reports.

IMPORTANT: While the ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT report is being generated, we don't sync analytics reports.
